About The Home:

The villa is situated in an ideal location in Benalmadena costa, 5 minutes walk from the main tourist street and best beach in the area, but far enough away to enjoy your peace and undisturbed rest.

Situated in its own spacious and private plot, the villa has an exceptionally well maintained swimming pool, and lots of patio/verandah space to enjoy the best of outdoor living in the beautiful sunny Spanish climate.

The outdoor furniture includes Marble patio table with 10 chairs with various other seating areas it also has 9 sunbeds situated around the pool.

We also boast our very own Private Gym consisting of Treadmill ,Cross Trainer ,Bench press machine ,Leg press machine and Latte extension machine all combining to give you a complete and full workout

The villa has 4 bedrooms, one master en-suite with double jacuzzi bath & shower over, walk in wardrobe, one double room with fitted wardrobes, two twin bedrooms (fitted wardrobes in one), one main family bathroom upstairs inc. a single jacuzzi bath 2 x sinks and a shower over plus downstairs toilet & shower. An open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opens invitingly on to the veranda and pool area and can comfortably accommodate 14 guests.

All bedrooms and lounge have TV with sky sports available

The kitchen has modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven.

We also have a fantastic BBQ area with wine cooler sink etc The living room has a large LCD TV, Wii console and the dining area has a Large attractive dining table . The living area also has 2 x 3 seater sofa-beds sleeping an additional 4 people.

About Us:

As a family we have been letting holiday accommodation since 2013, with many of our visitors returning year after year. If you have not booked privately before, don't worry - you are not booking with an agency, but with a private owner.

Our Aim:

We all work very hard to ensure you enjoy your holiday in Spain! We pay attention to maintenance and those small, but all-important details. We are here to help you through the booking process, look after everything whilst you are here and to make sure you have a relaxed, stress free holiday! The holiday market has changed considerably since we started back in 2004 and customer expectations are now very different - my challenge is to keep up with those changes!

Whether you want a relaxing beach holiday, or a fun-filled family break, the Costa del Sol has something for everyone - all ages and all tastes! Wake up to blue skies, enjoy 'vino and tapas', stroll around the Marina; visit historical monuments, white-washed villages, or theme parks; and for the more energetic, there is skiing and golf courses nearby.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter (the owner) a message.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
