Description

This beautiful Four bedroom Typically Spanish Townhouse is a dream of a house to come on vacation to as when you enter the front gate you have an outdoor seating / Dining area to eat Al Fresco and to chill out! You enter through front door and you have a full equipped small but beautifully formed kitchen! Then you go down small flight of stairs to the Dining area with dining area for 6 persons! And off this room is the back exterior terrace and BBQ area! back into the lounge down a flight of stairs to the TV room, totally chill room with comfy sofas, TV and surround sound, English TV Channels!

As you some come up the stairs to the first floor you have the fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons for all your needs.

Up to the second floor, you have the three bedrooms and the Master bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second also has a double bed and the Third bedroom has a single bed. There is a Main Bathroom on this floor with a walk in shower.

You go up to the third floor for the main bedroom where there is a double bed and a separate single bed and a separate bathroom. Also off this bedroom is a roof terrace with seating and Sunbed.

There is Pay as you go Wifi available for 22.00 euros per week

Also the air conditioning in three of the bedrooms are coin operated units which cost 1.00 euro per hour.
