It is perfectly located to visit the many destinations of Marbella, golf courses, to soak up the sun on the beach or to enjoy a night out in the exclusive Puerto Banus port all within just 5 to 10 minutes’ drive.

The second floor comprises of 3 double bedrooms very tastefully decorated, each with a bathroom en suite. The bed linen is of the finest Egyptian cotton. There is ample cupboard space, a necessity for long stays.

The Master bedroom has a small balcony with spectacular views down the valley overlooking the golf course, the sea, Gibraltar and Africa. The one guest room has two single beds and the second bedroom has a double bed which can be converted into two single beds should one require this.

The stairway continues up to the rooftop terrace where there is an outdoor lounging area which is shaded from the hot midday sun by a pergola with a reeded roof. The views from here are quite stunning and it is here where one can enjoy a sundowner or two when the day becomes cooler and where one can enjoy the late sunsets sinking behind the mountains on the horizon. Also provided are two sun loungers for those who wish to soak up the sun.

Guest Access

You will have access to all areas in the home except for the closet underneath the stairs. We would like you feel at home! There is a 24 hour security guard at the entrance of the urbanisation who will be notified of your arrival and will let you through. There are 2 swimming pools (one of which is heated) which you will have free access to and one of them is within walking distance from the house.

Interaction with Guests

Myself or my husband Anton will welcome you at the house and give you a tour upon check in. We will explain the facilities, equipment and also give you information and suggestions of things to do and to visit nearby. We will always be reachable in case something happens. You can send us a message and we will reply as soon as possible if there is anything you need.

The Neighborhood

La Heredia has winding cobbled streets, picturesque plazas, splashing fountains, and offers a selection of excellent amenities comprising of a restaurant 'La Casita', a bar, a mini supermarket, a Dutch butcher and bakery. Two minutes’ drive away is the ‘Centro Commercial’ where you will find a bank, two bars, a restaurant where one can enjoy a la carte fine dining, and a supermarket open 365 days of the year till 1 am.

The neighbourhood is centrally located that you are within 5-10 minutes’ drive to Marbella, Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Estepona.

A 40 minute drive further up the road takes you to Ronda, one of the last Moorish outposts. It is quite breath-taking and is set on the cliffs with the most spectacular bridge. It is here where bullfighting originated and one can visit the bullring which is now a museum. Sir Ernest Hemingway resided here whilst he wrote the epic novel ‘For whom the Bell Tolls’.

Getting Around

La Heredia is a 45 minutes’ drive from the Malaga airport. It is recommended you rent a car although Taxi’s are readily available. You can park in front of our garage number 12 and also on the street outside of the house.
