Patio doors open onto a large terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Terrace furniture and 4 sun loungers are provided.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside units with lamps and a dressing mirror.
The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower, toilet and basin with vanity mirror.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside unit with lamp and fitted wardrobes.
The shower room has a toilet and basin with vanity mirror. The shower has been upgraded to a spacious walk in shower.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. The adjoining utilty area houses a washing machine and washing basin.

Benahavis is ideally located for all the amenities the Costa has to provide.

Visit fashionable Marbella and have lunch in beautiful Orange Square.

Walk along the esplanade in Estepona and enjoy some tapas at the many beach bars. Book a dolphin trip at the Blue Dolphin bar. Visit Selwo animal park

Take a guided tour around Gibraltar with its world famous Barbary apes.

If you prefer nightlife and celebrity spotting venture into Puerto Banus and walk around the yacht filled harbour and trendy boutiques.

Enjoy horse racing. Visit Mijas and go to one of the night time meets. See the old town of Ronda with the oldest bullring in Spain.

For the children visit the water park at Fuengirola. Benalmadena has Tivoli World and the Selwo sea life centre

Take a day trip and visit the architecturally stunning cities of Granada, home of the Alhambra palace and Seville. See Jerez and visit the sherry bodegas.


Benahavis

Benahavis is a delightful mountain village lying between the sierras of Palmerita and Bermeja.

It boasts some of the most widespread cuisine on the Costa Del Sol. It is known as the "dining room" of the Costa Del Sol for good reason.

Golf lovers have some of the most attractive courses found anywhere. Benahavis district has 7 courses within easy reach. There is a driving range 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Hiking, mountain biking and fishing are also well catered for.

The local fair and festivities take place during August and the Romeria (outdoor party) takes place in October.

Visitors can find out more about the history of this white village by visiting Montemayor castle. Other places of interest include the parish church of Our Lady of the Rosary, the Moor fountain, the pond of the Lovers and the pond of the Girls.

“Well equipped apartment”

This is a very nice apartment, nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The décor is a bit patchy but for the price very reasonable. There is a very large terrace equipped with table & chairs and five sun loungers. The disappointment was that the terrace loses the sun completely after about 3.30pm. We would have been happy to go down to the pool area which retains the sun much longer but unfortunately there are no sun loungers provided or even allowed in the pool area. There are a few shades provided in the pool area but unfortunately my days of laying on the grass are long gone! Benahavis is a lovely town and it is a short walk from the apartment to the old town and there are also lots of lovely walks from the area. This is a very reasonably priced apartment but had I realised no sun loungers allowed at the pool I'm not sure I would have booked it but for all that we enjoyed our stay. Benahavis tries very hard to keep the town pretty and clean but it is unfortunate that there is such a lot of dog fouling on the pavements and grass areas. As dog owners we couldn't understand why this is the case as bins and bags are freely available everywhere. We found one area where there was a sign clearly saying no dogs allowed and it was difficult to walk past it as the whole area was covered in dog mess.

The apartment was of a good size for 2 adults and 2 children, and had eveything we needed. The massive plus for us though was the perfect location, it is so close to the centre of Benahavis. We would certainly go back.

We went as a couple but had a relative staying a few nights so great to have the extra bed room and second bathroom and with the well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge we had everything we needed to enable us to invite friends for a meal. Very good location to walk into the village and sample many of the excellent restaurants nearby. We also found it gave us good access to many of our favourite walks in the surrounding hills. We plan to be back again very soon.

I would recommend this apartment, it is in an excellent location for the restaurants and bars and also the great kids park. shops are close by which was handy. apartment is clean and tidy, ample room for 2 adults and 2 toddlers.
