This lovely, spacious apartment is beautifully furnished and offers the perfect accommodation for families, couples and golfers alike. The spacious living area and master bedroom both lead out onto a large sunny terrace with golf and mountain views. There are three bathrooms with a stunning master en-suite complete with bath, twin sinks and walk in shower.

Marques de Atalaya is a private gated development with 24 hour security and is located between San Pedro and Estepona and just a short drive from the pretty white pueblo village of Benahavis. Our representative can also provide you with airport transfers, groceries, baby equipment hire and maid service cleaning.

Office hours for our representative are 10.00 - 20.00 Monday to Saturday and arrivals outside these hours incur a meet & greet charge of 72.60€.

Marques de Atalaya is ideally placed for those wanting to relax by the pool or tour the golf courses of the Costa del Sol, the shops and restaurants in Estepona, San Pedro and Marbella, the bars and clubs (and people watching!) in Puerto Banus, horse racing in Mijas, polo in Sotogrande or even the history and culture of the many traditional towns and cities in the surrounding area - Ronda, Granada, Mijas, Casares, Gaucin, Seville - to name but a few.

Gibraltar also has a lot to offer with its historical monuments, tax free shopping, cable car and, of course, the monkeys. Please don't forget your passport though!

There's also plenty to do for the children with cable ski, aqua parks, wildlife parks, zoos, aquariums, theme parks and, of course, miles of beaches!


Marques de Atalaya is a family friendly development located between Estepona and San Pedro - two traditional Spanish towns on the western Costa del Sol - an area often referred to as the New Golden Mile. The white village of Benahavis is just a 5 minute drive away and is famous for its wide range of restaurants and friendly atmosphere.

The world famous Puerto Banus is just a ten minute drive from the apartment. Puerto Banus is renowned for its exclusive shopping, restaurants and yacht harbour.

The traditional mountain pueblos of Casares, Istan and Ojen are also close by and completely different to the cosmopolitan district of Marbella where you can meander through the cobbled streets, visit Orange Square or walk along the beach front to the marina.

The apartment is close to a vast range of restaurants ranging from beach cafes to those offering international cuisine. The white mountain village of Benahavis is just a 5 minute drive away and is famous for its excellent restaurants. The beach is just a few minutes´ drive away and there are plenty of beaches and beach clubs along the coastline such as Mistral Beach, Puro Beach and Ocean Club. There are also blue flag standard public beaches nearby in San Pedro and Estepona.

The apartment is located next to the beautiful Atalaya golf course and there are numerous golf course all within a short drive.

Just a 10 minute drive will take you to the world famous Puerto Banus where you can browse in the exclusive boutiques and admire the boats moored in the harbour. Marbella is also close by with its cobbled streets, Orange Square and beach front.

"Fantastic Girly Holiday"

I go to this apartment quite a lot as its a family members place, its is beautiful, i either go with my family (Husband & 3 Children, 17, 8,& 6), with family and also friends with their children or i go with the girls. My husband also travels their quite a lot with his friends too as its fantastic for playing gold at the nearby golf resorts. You can either have a nice quiet holiday which is very much home from home, it's five start accomation with sky tv too so fab for the kids if just having a nice night in, you can still keep up with all your british programmes!, its also just a ten minute drive from the fantastic Puerto Banus (Great for a night out with the girls, or even to take the kids as they are always welcome) Fantastic places to eat, all around the area and some fantastic shops too. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
