Victoria House is a wonderfully spacious modern six bedroom, four bathroom modern family holiday home with a large well maintained enclosed rear garden in the village of Bembridge, a two minute walk to the village centre and within ten minutes walk of the beaches and harbour - or a minute by car..

There is parking on the drive for three cars.

With two king size, two double and two twin bedrooms, the master bedroom and one of the doubles are en-suite - the master bedroom has a large terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the gardens. There is a family bathroom, two guest wc's and a ground floor walk-in shower.

Victoria House's ground floor is great for family holidays with a large modern fully equipped kitchen - including a range cooker and double oven.

A spacious dining room leads through to the lounge. In addition there is a second reception room and a further children's den / games room - ideal for allowing the adults time to unwind and enjoy their holiday in one of Bembridge's finest holiday homes.

Equipped to a high standard throughout, Victoria House includes three smart TV's, Nespresso coffee machine, DAB radio, wii and family board games and a games table with Air Hockey, washing machine/dryer and a full size dishwasher.

Often holidaymakers need to check their emails and respond - Victoria House has a home office area with a desk and plenty of natural light (wifi is free).

While the house is a delight the gardens also set it aside from other holiday homes. Enclosed all sides the large lawn makes it an ideal outdoor playground for children and a great place for adults to relax. With a cricket set, basketball and other equipment outside games and fun for all the family are assured.

Communicating with Wight Coast pre stay and during stay was quick and easy and they booked our ferry crossing at a discount which was great! Victoria House is a wonderful, modern, spacious and comfortable home with a large garden ( with trampoline for the kids!), dining terrace and multi-purpose games room. The house was clean and well presented and has a gated drive so quite private in a quite part of the island. The beach and beach Cafe are just a short walk away with lovely views of the harbour Our party of 9 covered three generations from 2 to 69 and we had a great time ! We had a fantastic week long family holiday at Victoria House (11 of us, 7 adults, 4 children aged 3 to 17). The house was perfect for all of us, very spacious, well equipped and extra facilities to entertain everyone (trampoline and games room). We were a family of 7 adults plus children and the house accommodated us extremely well. Lovely large garden for the kids and the trampoline was a huge asset. Lots of space inside for everyone and a separate room for kids and games. Lovely walk down to beach and great local shopping. Ideal house in great location for a group or family gatherings. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
