The open plan living room has a wide opening through to the dining room and again through to the second sitting room. This space provides good visibility to the pool and patio area and flexibility for families. The moderate but modern kitchen has a serving hatch to the dining room and again making the pool visible. There are 4 bedrooms – two doubles and two twin, plus one small single; which you walk through to access the master bedroom – handy as a toddler room. The ground floor twin bedroom has a handy en-suite shower room with W/C; which can also be accessed from the entrance hall. The sizable master bedroom upstairs
