This large house is spread over 3 floors.

At ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (one en suite double & one twin room), a kitchen, utility room and a dining/living area.

On the lower ground floor there are 2 more bedrooms (one en suite double & one twin room), an infra-red sauna room, a kitchen & living area.

On the top floor is the master bedroom (en suite double) and a mezzanine area for watching TV, admiring the beautiful scenery or just reading a book.

The layout of the property makes it ideal for two families going on holiday together. The house has plenty of open plan space with double height ceilings in the living area which creates a casual living space ideal for holidays and entertaining.

Only 2.5 kilometres from Riverrun, historic Belturbet village is a charming market town situated on the east bank of the River Erne midway between Lough Oughter and Upper Lough Erne. The area around Belturbet is renowned for the quality of its coarse fishing. If you seek peace and tranquillity you can spend your time relaxing in the gallery or with a glass of wine on the deck (weather permitting!).

For the boating enthusiast there are on site moorings available too.

“Excellent Accomodation”

We had the most wonderful stay from start to finish .The lovely Charmaine met us & showed us around this fabulous vacation property .She was very warm & welcoming & very informative .We settled in very quickly to this lovely home ,Which was split level & situated over 3 floors , which was perfect for our family of 10 plus 3 dogs .Very deceptive from the outside .The large living dining area had ample space for us to spread out & be together , with the catherdral ceiling complemented with massive windows tight up to the roof .We had 2 bedrooms on this floor , one with an en-suite & a family bathroom .Heading upstairs we were greeted with a fabulous living area with a minstrels gallery & a massive double bedroom , complete with his & hers en-suite . From the living room you head down to the lower floor which opens out to the deck & garden area & has also Got a full kitchen , with living area & pool table , perfect for the kids .Two further bedrooms, one with en-suite , were topped off with a sauna room .Perfect ! We would definitely stay again , we all loved it here .About 3 mikes from The town centre , so a car is essential , but the moorings are on our site so perfect for fishing , or maybe even a quick dip .We met up with Kevin also , during our stay & he was also super friendly .Checkout was simple & Charmaine came to Meet us to say goodbye . We would all highly recommend & look forward to Our return trip , hopefully at Halloween .

How do damage deposits work?
