Getting around

There is a regular, frequent Bus Service between Grantham Town and Lincoln City Centres. It runs directly past Waterloo Studios. The Bus Stops, for both directions, are in Belton Village, just across the road from the Studios. A timetable is provided in the Welcome Book.

Interaction with guest

Guests are given a Key Access Code to allow them to arrive at any time following Check-In Time to suit themselves. There are Trigger Lights to guide, in case of late arrival. Your Hosts live "Off-Site" but can always be contacted for assistance. Contact numbers are posted on the external door of the Utility Room - just in case. Otherwise - the place is your own!

The Napoleon is a very beautiful Studio Apartment, very stylish and with quality furniture and a ‘Wet Room’ instead of a conventional bathroom. We had 9 days left of our 60 days UK holiday and the wet room was something we hadn’t come across previously, but it was great. Plenty of room to spread out in the bathroom, just have to make sure not to leave clothes too close to the shower! Everything was provided to make things our stay great. Kitchen was well equipped, lounge chairs to watch the news if we were back by that time, comfortable bed, wardrobe and drawers so our clothes could have a breather from the cases, room to have the car beside our accommodation. We always tried to wind down each day with a local walk and a couple of different places are available from that location.

I truly enjoyed my stay. It is very close to many activities and easy to get to. I needed a peaceful retreat and the space was just what I needed. The space is well organized and stylish. I didn't have any complaints about my stay. Everything I needed was at my fingertips and there was a book to answer any questions I would have, and anytime I reached out with a question, Rhona was quick to respond. I would not hesitate to book here again in the future. Wish I could have extended my stay.

Opposite Belton House, a star attraction although walking was the thing we did most. The accommodation was tastefully and sensibly fitted out. We wanted for nothing.
