From the owner

The house is located in quiet New Jersey neighborhood with easy access from Newark International Airport (EWR) and access to public transportation to New York City. The house is ideal for those wanting to visit NYC in a group of 10-12 or less but who don't want to pay NYC prices. There are 2 major supermarkets within walking distance of the property, one of which is located within a shopping complex featuring fast food eateries and banking.

The house features coded entry so access is easy and convenient once you book. We provide complete sets of towels and sheets for all guests along with complimentary toiletries. Washer and dryer are available on site. During the warmer months a summer kitchen, which opens up to a large backyard, is also available.


The Queen bedroom features Queen size bed, flat screen TV, corner desk and large double door mirrored closet space with hangers provided. The Double room has two double beds and flat screen TV. The Twin room has two twin beds with storage drawers underneath, and flat screen TV. There is an additional sitting room with futon, closet and flat screen TV.

Downstairs features a spacious kitchen with stainless steel gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and toaster and seating for up to 8 guests. There are plates, cups, pots and pans, wine glasses, eating and cooking utensils for use. For guest convenience, we provide hair dryers, iron & ironing board.

The living room has love seat, two chairs and an ottoman that folds out into a twin size bed with memory foam mattress. Additionally, this room boasts a 50 inch flat screen television and a wall mounted electric fireplace which provides both warmth and aesthetic pleasure.

There is free street parking but a permit is required for parking before 10:00am on weekdays. Please read the signs to avoid any issues. Guests will have access to cable and wireless high speed internet and laundry room equipped with washer/dryer.

How do damage deposits work?
