The apartment with its panoramic terrace overlooks the enchanting bay of Pescallo, quiet and quaint village of Bellagio, just a 5-minute walk from the center. Direct access to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

Apartment of 70 sqm located on the second floor with independent staircase, consisting of a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom with lake view, living area with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, panoramic terrace overlooking the lake. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Free parking spaces are available nearby and public transport will allow you to reach all your points of interest even without the car.

On request available private car garage at 150 meters from the apartment ( 10 eur / day ).

Ideal for both families and couples for a relaxing holiday, sports, culture, shopping and good food.

The village of Pescallo was originally a fishing district, full of so many romantic spots to discover which offer the visitor extraordinary views. Sunny since early morning, combines the tranquility of its narrow alleys flowered with the ability to reach the center of Bellagio with a short walk through a staircase surrounded by nature among olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation.

You have the ability to fully experience your vacation at the lake with a boat ride and admire the breathtaking views and the multimillion-dollar villas, or if you're skiing on the water sports you can book or rent a kayak or simply take a bath or if you just want relax reading a book surrounded by nature.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrea (the owner) a message.

If Andrea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
