From the owner

Located in a very quite area, the apartment is 100 sqm on a single mezzanine floor with a private garden of 3000 sqm and only a 10 minute walking distance from the historic centre.

There is a terrace which has breathtaking views of the two branches of the lake surrounded by magnificent green mountains.

The apartment accommodation includes:-spacious kitchen with table for 6-8 persons, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, juicer and other kitchen equipment.

-A double bedroom with ample closet space and overlooking the olive grove of the Villa Melzi.

-One bedroom with bunk beds and a sofa bed with panoramic balcony.

-A single room with a loft bed, bookcase and a desk.

-The living room is furnished with two sofas and a rocking chair, satellite TV, free WF and a library – The bathroom has a shower, bath, washing machine and dryer.

-Ironing facilities-A large garage Available upon request are two cradles for babies, baby carrier backpack, push chair, high chair, playpen and many other facilities for younger guests.

Self heating.

Midweek change of towels is included in the price.

There is a stair lift for the disabled.

Guests have free access to the private garden with olive grove, orchard (apricots, prunes, plums, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries) and the kitchen garden (lettuce, tomatoes, zucchini, etc.). And a BBQ with an outside table and access to the garage.

There is an inflatable pool for children, sun loungers to enjoy the tranquillity of Happiness House.

Upon arrival you will be offered a welcome basket with the products from the family farm.

The apartment is situated on the hill of Aureggio, one of the quietest and quaint old hamlets of Bellagio with a lovely church from the sixteenth century and surrounded by greenery. It takes a 10 minute walk from the centre of the town and borders the olive grove of the Villa Melzi Nearby, there are numerous amenities including:-The Bellagio Sporting Club with a restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts and a gym.

Lido, public beaches, supermarkets and free distributor for water.

You can take advantage of an agreement with the typical restaurant of the family and have the products from the farm ready in your apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cristiana (the owner) a message.

If Cristiana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
