Arrival and Departure: Holiday cottages will be available from 4 pm onwards on the date of arrival and you will be required to depart by 10 am on the departure date.
Payment : You just need to pay a small portion of the total amount at the time of the booking which is non-refundable unless the booking cannot be confirmed. Also, you would have to pay the full balance at least eight weeks before the arrival date, the absence of which may lead to the cancellation of your holiday cottage Northumberland as well as late availability holidays booking along with the loss of your deposit.
Bookings : All bookings are subject to final confirmation from our end. The same is true for our late availability holidays booking.
Prices: Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and tea towels are included in our prices.
Infants : We offer a high chair and / or cot on request, but expect you to kindly bring your own cot bedding.
Guest Numbers : The total numbers of persons in your party must not exceed the stated capacity of the concerned holiday cottage.
Smoking :Smoking is not permitted in our properties.

We enjoy a standard of accommodation when holidaying and this was almost it! The property itself is clean with good facilities and well furnished. The hot tub was the big attraction for us and whilst it was lovely it is actually in a small garden at the back of the property , which is a row of terraced cottages all the same. The first night was fine as no one else was around. The second night however saw the arrival of a group of noisy ( yes I would have been noisy if I'd been on a girls break too) girls which was not appropriate for us having a relaxing family break. As long as you are aware of this then I would highly recommend The Berwick for its location and the house itself not forgetting the friendly owner who rang to check all was in order and the welcome of tea/coffee and biscuits ANd a bootle of red and white wine .... Nice touch!

A great modernised property in surprisingly gool location with access to pleasant sights. Village small but Pubs fine. NYE procession and fireworks certainly a bonus as was the hot tub. Minor glitches on day one resolved quickly and did not spoil an excellent week. All pary of 6 very happy with our stay
