Just 5 minutes from Belfast City Centre, situated on a quiet road and close to shops and public transport, this newly refurbished town-house offers rooms with a shared bathroom, communal kitchen, lounge/dining room, free wifi and on-street parking.

The Space:

The room is a beautifully appointed double bedroom. With natural light coming through a custom made window. Suitable for two people with a double bed, wardrobe and a 24" Smart TV. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Just 5 minutes from Belfast City Centre, situated on a quiet road, this newly refurbished town-house offers 2 x triple bedrooms and 3 x double bedrooms. With two brand new bathrooms, the house also has a newly refurbished kitchen and dining/ lounge.

Guest Access:

Guests are welcome to chill out in the lounge/diner and all the appliances in the bright, modern kitchen are yours to use. Tea, coffee and breakfast cereals will be provided.

The kitchen area, as well as being useful for cooking and eating, is a meeting place to get together with the other guests of the house. The living/dining room is an environment for to stay and relax with a comfortable sofa, TV and free wifi.

Interaction with Guests:

The house is convenient to a vast range of amenities such as shops, restaurants and bars. East Belfast offers easy access to major arterial routes including the motorway network, local bus routes, Belfast City Centre and is a 10 minute drive from Belfast City airport. We're happy to help with tours, taxis and advice - just ask.

Getting Around:

If you want to visit the centre of the city, you can use public transport (buses go every couple of minutes) or walk as the house is situated 15 minutes from the city centre. Central Station provides rail routes to the Antrim coast, North Down, Lisburn and Newry and Dublin and is 5 minutes' bus ride away.

Other Things to Note:

The are no permanent staff so please let us know in advance arrival time. The normal hours will be between 3 to 6pm. Outside this time you should notify us of your arrival time and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Check-out is 11.00pm.

Housekeeper usually comes after 12.00, so your rooms won't be ready before 3.00 pm. If you arrive earlier and need to relax immediately, please contact us and we will endeavour to get your room ready earlier however this cannot be guaranteed. Otherwise you may leave your luggage and enjoy the city.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
