Description

NI Tourist Board approved bungalow with south facing private garden and off road parking for 2 cars.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 1 small double bed and 1 single bed. All bedrooms have mirrored sliderobes with ample hanging and drawer space. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

Living area consists of spacious through lounge, corner sofa, 40 inch flat screen tv & free wifi , open fire and large dining table, and has patio doors opening onto the garden. Fully fitted kitchen containing cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine and microwave. Bathroom contains white bathroom suite with corner bath and shower. Gas central heating provides hot water on demand. Smoking is not allowed inside the house; an ash tray is provided outside.

This house is ideally located 2 mins walk from both bus stops and train station for easy access to the city centre, the seaside town of Bangor, and Dublin City the capital of Ireland.

House rules

Some pets are allowed by prior arrangement but we usually add a damage deposit so please contact us before booking if you wish to bring your pet.

The Bungalow is situated in a residential area so please keep noise to a minimum at night. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed.

“perfect family bungalow”

i cannot praise the property and Trevor enough, the bungalow is immaculate and what makes it is all the little extras Trevor left, from the flowers on the table to the fresh milk in the fridge. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely been returning in the near future.

We have spend new year eve and new year at this property. It was great everything is within atleast 10 minutes drive. The surrounding is good and welcoming, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is interested. Must come back again soon.

A very warm welcome received upon arrival by Trevor, he had also provided fruit, basket of goodies, coffee, tea, milk, butter, the list could go on. It was very much appreciated after our long journey. The house was very cosy and comfortable. Well thought out and very clean. Close to railway stop and amenities. Highly recommend a stay here.

We had read all the good reviews of the property and they were all right. None were exaggerated! It was spotless! And I'm fussy! It's a small cottage, the bedrooms are small but photos are very real, you know what you're getting! This didn't bother us as we were out all day anyway. It had everything you might possibly need all supplied, which is rare in a rental, even down to chargers for I phones or iPads! The welcome pack was lovely, kids were delighted with the lovely cookies & crisps and we were delighted with the wine and chocolates! The fridge had milk, butter, Oj, jam, cordial all left for us and brown bread. Oh and a full fruit bowl! Very unexpected! The garden was lovely, with a nice patio area with tables and chairs. I would have no hesitation recommending this property.

Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns ein sehr nett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit einem Willkommenspaket aus Lebensmitteln für den ersten Tag und frischen Blumen. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich mit einer überaus gut ausgestatteten Küche, frischen Handtüchern auch zum Wechseln und schön gestalteten Zimmern. Selbst Steckdosenadapter und Ladekabel für unterschiedliche Geräte waren vorhanden, ebenso detaillierte Bus- und Zugfahrpläne mit genauen Beschreibungen. Das Haus ist zentral in Belfast gelegen, die Innenstadt ist mit Bus oder Zug innerhalb von 15 min. erreichbar, mehrere Supermärkte sind zu Fuß nur 5 min. entfernt. Der Flughafen ist sehr nah, wie fühlten uns allerdings nicht durch den Fluglärm gestört. Unser Vermieter war sehr freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und jederzeit per email erreichbar. Hier nochmals vielen Dank für die freundliche Unterstützung.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Trevor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
