This Home Share Luxury Apartment, is set in the beautiful tranquil Castle View area of North Belfast with it’s communal gardens and leafy streets offering our guests the perfect Get-Away-Escape.

The location of the apartment offers easy access to Belfast City Centre plus many other attractions such as Titanic Belfast, Saint George's Market, Belfast Castle, Belfast Zoo, SSE Arena, Crumlin Road Gaol, Saint Anne's Square and the Cathedral Quarter which are all within a 5 to 15 minute car drive away. Plus the scenic drives of both the North Antrim and County Down Coastlines via the close by M1/M2/M3 motorway networks.

Our Apartment's Balcony has picturesque views over Fortwilliam Golf Course and Belfast Cave Hill known locally as Napoleon's Nose, which is believed to have been the inspiration for Jonathan Swift's novel, Gulliver's Travels.

It also has lovely views of Belfast Lough and over to the Holywood and Bangor coastline. (views can sometimes be obstructed due to the leafy foliage on the trees)

There are free car parking spaces available outside the door of this private apartment.

Please be advised this is a Home Stay Apartment, you will have your own private deluxe king size bedroom but the rest of the apartment including the bathroom will be shared with myself. We will chat with you about any information you need regarding your stay with us, especially regarding places of interest, dining out etc.

Please be advised this is a Home Stay Apartment, you will have your own private deluxe king size bedroom but the rest of the apartment including the bathroom will be shared with myself. I can provide you with information on places to visit or restaurants to go to if you are dinning out, I really enjoy meeting people and this is something that gives me great pleasure. If required I will meet and greet you on arrival and be extremely happy to show you around the apartment and explain how everything works. I will chat with you about any information you need regarding your stay with me, especially regarding places of interest, dining out etc.

“lovley apartment, great host”

this apartment was excellent for our needs. it was clean, beautifully kept with lots of extras. The host Alan could not have been more welcoming. We travelled with a young child and he went out of his way to accommodate our needs. would recommend to anyone travelling to Belfast.

“Perfect respite”

The apartment was spotless, spacious and had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. Alan and Anne Marie were very helpful and friendly, promptly responding to all email inquiries both before and during our stay. If you're considering a stay in Belfast you really can do no better than this, thoroughly recommended.

if ur looking for a home away from home this is it,clean really freindley people didnt cost much to get into town,really love this apparment best we have stayed in and will come again.loads of stuff for breakfast tea which is a plus alan and annmarie very kind people and were near by if we needed anything,beds very confi,bath is great theres not 1 bad thing i could say about this apparment all good thank u both will be booking again very soon xx

4 of us stayed in this lovely apartment at the beginning of May. We couldn't fault it at all and had a great stay. Alan was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were first class and the tea/coffee/breakfast options were a nice surprise and a lovely touch. We hope to come back soon!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Alan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
