Description

This is a modern fully furnished apartment in an excellent location.

There are two bedrooms. One with two double beds and an en-suite. Fun if there are three or four kids. The other bedroom has one double bed. Apart from the ensuite there is another bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with most things that you should need. Tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc.

The living room has patio doors which open out onto the garden which looks onto Fortwilliam Golf Course. There is a table and chairs outside which is great on a sunny day.

-10mins by bus into the centre of Belfast

-private and quiet, no elevators or corridors.

-shampoo, conditioner, shower gels included.

-towels and hairdryer provided

-high speed fibre broadband and Wifi -USB charging ports

-Flat screen TV -Board Games -Ironing board & Iron

-Fully equipped kitchen

-Childfriendly, travel cot, chalk board.

It is suitable for either business or leisure. It is a bright compact apartment ideal for either a couple or a family wishing to explore all there is to offer in Belfast.

Private parking is available right outside the apartment - an area which is only used by residents of the other apartments.

If you wish to use public transport, the bus stop is a one minute walk away and buses pass every 10/15mins going into Belfast City Centre.

On the doorstep you have Fortwilliam Golf course to the front, and behind you the beautiful Belfast Castle and the Cave Hill Mountain climb.

Buses past the top of the road (a one minute walk) every 10 minutes into Belfast City Centre.

Interaction with guest

There is a keysafe on the wall beside the door, I will send the code for this a few days before arrival. You will be able to let yourself in and make yourselves at home. I am not always able to meet guests on arrival but if you have any problems you can phone me.

“Best location”

Perfectly situated for our needs. Very roomy and warm appartment. Everything we needed was there. Walked twice to the Castle- view well worth the walk.

“What super place to stay”

We love this stay as we were invite to family birthday up beside it it had ever thing great views all the stuff you need in it and it have loads to of places round it to eat out all so has the stuff to eat in and pubs with some nice music love it and would love to stay ag if you have us super for a family brake thanks ag

How do damage deposits work?
