This luxurious 4 bedroom end townhouse, with private garden, has been certified by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and graded as 4 star. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac situated off Windsor Park in the prestigious residential suburb of south Belfast's Malone Road. The property is within walking distance of Queen's University, Botanic Gardens, the Ulster Museum, Adelaide railway station, bus stops, lots of shopping including many fashionable designer boutiques on the Lisburn Road, along with a range of stylish restaurants, wine bars and cafes. The city centre is only a few minutes drive, bus or taxi journey away, while a short stroll will take you to a variety of delicatessens and food shops large and small. .

Windsor Townhouse is well positioned to take full advantage of all Belfast's major attractions, including Titanic Belfast, the Odyssey Arena, Waterfront Hall, Grand Opera House, Lyric Theatre, Cathedral Quarter and the Kings Hall, Balmoral. Excellent golf courses are situated nearby at Malone, Balmoral*, Belvoir and Shandon Park*. If you fancy a city break to shop for fashion, bridal or formal outfits then a 3 minute walk from Windsor Townhouse will take you to the Lisburn Road. For a different city centre shopping experience then the award winning Victoria Square in the city centre is only a 10 minute car, bus or taxi ride away.

Owner run and serviced weekly, the house offers all modern amenities and home comforts with sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people. With secure car parking in the basement garage for one large or two smaller cars or several motor cycles and bicycles, the townhouse is a luxurious place to spend time with friends or family in the city.

Situated near the outer ring road around the south side of the city and within easy access of the M1 and M2 motorways you can easily plan further afield adventures to the Mountains of Mourne, the Giants Causeway, Strangford Lough, the Glens of Antrim and the Fermanagh Lakelands.

Every guest will be greeted by the owner on arrival and provided with keys along with a tour of the property and guidance on all facilities. I will also answer any questions including providing advice on visitor attractions, public transport, shopping, restaurants etc. I am available by phone at any time throughout your stay and am normally only a short drive away if necessary.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lesley (the owner) a message.

If Lesley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
