We are delighted to present this superbly furnished 2 bedroom spacious apartment within the very popular Ormeau Bakery development which is located on the Ormeau Road in South Belfast. Situated close (25 mins walk) to Belfast City Centre and Queen's University. The Ormeau Road is a vibrant location with many shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Tesco convenience store on ground floor of apartment building.
The apartment is presented to a high standard. There are 2 very spacious double bedrooms, the master with an ensuite shower room, second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Guests benefit from secure onsite parking and an onsite gym on the top floor with wonderful views. The apartment is fully accessible by lift from the street level. There are shared gardens/terrace areas in the interior courtyard.
The apartment is rented with all utilities included (gas, electricity, BT Vision TV and WIFI) It is available to rent from a 3 night minimum stay upwards on flexible rental terms.

"Well appointed and comfortable in a great location"
We have stayed in this apartment a couple of times and it would be our "go to" place next time over in Belfast. It's spacious, comfortable and well furnished with a decent kitchen for home cooking and it has secure parking. The location on the busy Ormeau Road is a little noisy, but the upside is that shopping, pubs and great restaurants are within short walking distance. There's a good bus service into town, though it's only a short walk for those inclined. A great place and Edel and Joe couldn't be more helpful.
