“Lovely location and accommodation!”

Reviewed 15 Apr 2016

Town House was in a great location and provided generous amount of accommodation for three generations of us during a recent family trip to Belfast. In addition Christine offered to get us in groceries in advance of us arriving - sent her the shopping list and it was all there for us when we arrived! Fab!

Thank you Rhoda. Delighted you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you again if you ever return to Belfast

“Excellent”

The stay was great. Everything was well organized and the rooms are very big. The house was very cozy and always had a homely feel.

Thank you Roji. I am glad you enjoyed your stay.

“A beautifully appointed townhouse”

Reviewed 15 Sep 2015

We stayed at the townhouse with 2 other couples and were very pleased with all the amenities provided. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, the beds and linens were the best we had slept in during our travels and the townhouse was just one bus ride into town. Christine made us welcome and ensured we had what we neede to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend staying! Thank you Christine!

“Really Comfortable Home”

Reviewed 12 Sep 2015

Recently my husband and I had the opportunity to travel with 2 other couples to Belfast. This home is one of the nicest and most comfortable that we have stayed in. It started off with Christine meeting us and showing us her home. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped, and the living, dining room comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms and all of the beds are comfortable and have lovely linens. The master bedroom has a shower en suite, while the main bath has a beautiful tub and a shower. The Town House is in minutes walking distance to the bus stop which takes you down town! There is also a washer/dryer which comes in handy when travelling. The bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor so you cannot have mobility issues.

“Perfect Belfast Stay - ideal in every respect”

Reviewed 3 Sep 2015

We stayed here, two couples for 3 nights. Christine has an excellent Townhouse for rental. A great place to stay, very modern and spacious throughout, beautifully decorated and everything you need including hair dryer (2), washing machine and dryer. It is located in a quiet residential area just off the main road. There is a bus stop across from the property and you can get an all day ticket for approx £3.80. Taxis are between £7-9 to city centre. Christine gave us a number to use and they were very good!!. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return - better than a hotel - with the benefit of coming and going as you please and chilling out at the end of a busy day on the sofa , watching TV in the comfort of your holiday home. Well done Christine

“A very comfortable and well presented property”

Reviewed 30 Jul 2015

We stayed for three nights in this beautifully furnished property. It felt very homely and provided a comfortable base while we visited family. The property is within easy access of restaurants, pubs and shops. The owner, Christine, was very welcoming. We would definitely recommend this property and will be booking it again ourselves.

“Delightful stay, lovely townhouse”

Reviewed 2 Jun 2015

We had a delightful stay at Number 11 Townhouse. The house itself is beautifully furnished and with good sized bedrooms and living space. It is close to the amenities and attractions of Lisburn Road and only a short taxi ride away from the city centre. Christine was a lovely and helpful host. I would definitely recommend to other visitors.

“Comfortable 'Home away from home' in safe, established neighbourhood.”

Reviewed 31 May 2015

Christine was very accommodating with regard to meeting us at the property for a welcoming and thorough orientation. (Owner's manuals for the appliances were helpful to guests used to equipment in another country). The kitchen is sizable enough for holiday purposes and offers a clear view of visitors at the front door as well as the dedicated car parking space. (There are additional parking areas close by within the apartment complex). The living room is cozy and relaxing, and is large enough that we were able to entertain. The bedrooms (all upstairs) are bright and comfortable. This property is in a safe, pleasant neighbourhood with a bus stop right there for downtown service. We found the buses to be clean, efficient and frequent with friendly drivers (and passengers). The 'Day Pass' is excellent value. For trips further afield there is easy access to main highways to the North, West and South. The trains to Dublin are a welcome option. (We parked at the station for the day). Northern Ireland has so much to offer in the way of scenery, history and unique experiences, and its greatest asset is the friendly people. For future visits we will definitely be checking the availability of 'Number 11 Townhouse'.

“Great house”

Reviewed 13 Apr 2015

We had a fantastic stay in Belfast in this house. It was in the perfect location as a base for sightseeing. A well resourced and comfortable home from home. Thanks Christine.

“Lovely house with good facilities”

Reviewed 30 Mar 2015

We had a lovely stay in No. 11 Townhouse. We were travelling with 2 small children and had everything we needed for the week provided. We drove mostly but there were good bus connections into town from very close by, the nearest shops and restaurants were about a 20 mins walk. I would definitely consider staying again.
