AIR CONDITIONING, COMFORTABLE BEDS, MARBLE FLOORS. PRIVATE PATIO with 6 SEATER TABLE, PARASOL and SUN LOUNGERS.

The 3 bedroom house has two bathrooms plus one toilet/washroom downstairs. The main bedroom has an extremely comfortable memory foam king size bed. The en-suite bathroom has now been converted into a very modern wet room. There is a private patio at back overlooking tennis courts. The patio has a 6 seater garden table and chairs with a large parasol. Sunbeds also supplied. There is a small balcony that leads from each bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a new washing machine, fridge, oven, hob, microwave oven, toaster and electric coffee machine. The very spacious, marble floor lounge, with large, modern sofas, has a large, HD flat-screen television and DVD player, equipped with lots of DVDs to watch. There is also a stereo SOUND BAR so that you can play your own music using bluetooth from your mobile phone.

All rooms have air conditioning, and heating for the winter. The resort has a communal swimming pool, with a separate section for small children. The pool is surrounded by a grass garden on which you can sunbathe. There are 3 very large supermarkets with car parks, coffee bar, chemist and bank at the entrance to Bel Air. The beach is within a short walk from there. Bel Air is situated half way between Estepona and San Pedro, so it's just 15 minutes' drive to either village, and 25 minutes to Marbella. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. Also, the famous port, Puerto Banus, full of luxury yachts and designer shops, is only 15 minutes away. The house is also within easy reach of several golf courses.

The prices quoted include sheets and towels, and also a Meet and Greet service.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del sol is a destination to enjoy all year round. It is perfect for lovers of golf, sailing, sunbathing and dining out. Skiing can also be enjoyed in the Sierra Nevada in Granada, 2 hours away.

The large towns to visit are Malaga, Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Gibraltar.

Gibraltar takes 50-60 minutes. Here you can do lots of duty-free shopping, especially for electrical goods, jewellery and perfumes. You should also see the St. Michael's Caves and the free roaming Barbary apes.

Ronda is also 50-60 minutes away. This town is famous for its gorge/ravine 100 metres deep.

The beautiful white village Mijas is also worthy of a visit.

You can also visit Morocco by ferry and a coach will pick you up at the Bel Air entrance for a one day trip.

Bel Air, Estepona

You can enjoy lovely walks within the Bel Air urbanisation; swim or play tennis at the tennis club opposite the house. Next to Bel Air is the small village Cancelada that has very Andalusian architecture and some excellent restaurants.

Golf courses all around: El Paraiso Golf and Los Flamingos Golf are 5-10 mins. away, and then there are also the Atalaya and Guadalmina Golf that are less than 20 mins. away.

You should also make it a point to visit the markets held on different days during the week at Estepona, San Pedro, Marbella, Fuengirola, Puerto Banus and Cancelada.

Other places to visit are Benhavis, a nearby mountain village that is famous for its excellent restaurants; Puerto Banus, the famous jet-set marina; and there is even a local adventure safari.

There is also a waterpark about 40 minutes away by car.
