A charming old cottage situated on the approach road to Beer village centre, a short walk to all the local facilities and the beach. Well equipped, comfortable and homely, Spring Garden has olde world character combined with modern facilities and makes convenient accommodation for families or couples sharing at any time of the year. The garden is usually colorful in springtime and the rear courtyard is a sun trap - the ideal place for al fresco breakfast when the weather is good. Parking for two cars is also a benefit.Entrance straight into dining room with beams and window seat. Compact galley kitchen with pine units, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Step down to hallway and ground floor bathroom with bath, overbath shower and basin. Separate WC with basin and cloak area. Step down to beamed lounge (tall people beware!) with small Inglenook fireplace with 'living flame' gas fire and fireside seat. Three window seats and brand new comfy sofas
