CONVIENT LOCATION:

Located at over 5,000 feet in elevation the Emerald View house is one of the highest homes East of the Mississippi. Enjoy cool breezes even when it is hot in Banner Elk or other locations lower on Beech Mountain. It is in the perfect location! Walking distance to town restaurants, Fred’s, Emerald Outback Trails, Ski Slope, the Dog Park and also located only 10 minutes from Banner Elk. It serves as a great resting stop to visit Grandfather Mountain, Mast General Store, Blue Ridge Parkway and Roan Mountain. You can also take a beautiful all downhill bike ride to the Banner Elk Winery right from the house.

THE HOME:

The Emerald View house is one of the most exceptional homes on Beech Mountain. It is a newer built, 1-story home with easy access and a garage to park in. Luxurious for a couple, or perfect for a family of 4 with Grandparents to join. There is a large open living/dining area with wonderful southern mountain views, vaulted ceiling, expansive windows, hardwood floors, gas stone fireplace, 50' flat screen HDTV, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar. It has a split floorplan and large wrap-around porch with a grill and seating area.

Bedrooms:

• Master Suite: The spacious master suite has a king size bed with a sitting area and office area. The en-suite includes a large walk-in closet, double vanity, walk-in shower and luxurious Jacuzzi tub.

• Guest Bedroom 1: Queen Bed

• Guest Bedroom 2: Twin over Full Bunk

The house has a split floor plan and the guest bedrooms share a full bath

Outside: A large wrap around exterior deck provides private mountain views with a gas grill and outdoor seating area. The gently sloping, spacious backyard has a fire-pit and is a great place for children and dogs to explore the large trees, pick wild blueberries and enjoy the cool mountain air. It is the perfect location for a quality family time or a peaceful evening watching the wildlife. A family of wild turkeys, hummingbirds, deer all graze through the yard.

We are continually upgrading our home with new features for your enjoyment!

The use of the Beech Mountain Club golf, tennis and recreation is available with this property. Arrangements must be made in advance and there is a weekly or daily fee for a "Guest Pass."

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Leah (the owner) a message.

If Leah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
