Laburnum Cottage is a delightful mid-terrace 19th century cottage, sleeping four, conveniently positioned in the gateway-to-the-Dales market town of Bedale.

The terrace is situated in a quiet location just off the High Street with excellent amenities including a wide range of pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets and takeaways, all within easy level walking distance of the cottage.

The accommodation comprises: cosy living room with real fire, large open plan dining kitchen, gardens to front and rear, one double bedroom, and one large twin bedroom. Upstairs bathroom with overhead shower and WC.

The cottage is fully centrally heated and parking is available on street.

At the end of the long enclosed back garden is a lockable gate leading to picturesque Bedale beck, a popular fishing spot (day licences from local shops)

Dogs are welcome at no extra cost.

Washing machine, hairdryers ,fans provided.

All linen and towels are provided

Why can't I call Terry (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Terry (the owner) a message.

If Terry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
