The Hall restaurant [Harry's Brassiere] also offers an apartment delivery service. In Beaumaris (one mile) there are numerous eating establishments ranging from `gourmet` restaurants through to fresh fish and chips and everything in between!!Beaumaris (pretty marsh) itself is a conservation area and as such is a quaint little town with its' mighty Edward 1st Castle, Victorian Jailhouse, Courthouse and Pier. In Beaumaris as well as the other, numerous, 'traditional' children's holiday pursuits' crab fishing from the Victorian pier and splashing in the large sea front paddling pool next to our 'Blue Peter' lifeboat sea / rescue centre can be enjoyed. For the sporting enthusiast almost everything is nearby .Sailing, Fishing, Kayaking, Board Sailing, Horse Riding, Cycling, Climbing or just walking in the unsurpassable countryside of Snowdonia and Anglesey. Beaumaris

The conservation town of Beaumaris (Pretty marsh) is a quaint little town with it's moated, concentric Castle, built for Edward the 1st...more The walled town of Beaumaris is steeped in history including The Tudor Rose – a half-timbered domestic house circa 1400, now a shop. The Olde Bull Restaurant (1626) was once the headquarters of Oliver Cromwell, and was visited by Charles Dickens and Dr Samuel Johnson on many occasions.

There is also a Victorian Courthouse at which the infamous hanging Judge Jeffrey presided and gaol with working treadmill (1829). There is also a Victorian Pier and interesting shops.

Beaumaris boasts numerous restaurants, ranging from the The Olde Bull Restaurant (1626) Egon Ronay ~ With it's interior designed bistro and upstairs gourmet restaurant. The Bishopsgate Hotel also has an excellent menu. Alternatively for excellent pub grub and guest ales! Why not visit the Liverpool Arms & The Sailors Return Pub with their olde world charm and beams. Or any of several other eating-places… Not forgetting the pier Fish and Chip Shop/Restaurant!

“Lovely location but apartment a bit disappointing ....”

Reviewed 18 Jul 2016

The apartment (no 7) is spacious, has a lovely outlook and has everything required however we felt it was a bit shabby and need updating. Also the bedding (on all three beds) smelt stale. There was black slimy gunge around the edge of the sink that could have been bleached away - glad I took my own Dettol spray. We stay in cottages and apartments quite a lot and there is usually some welcome gift - fruit, milk, cakes or even a bottle of wine. There were five tea bags and one full toilet roll! So all in all, a bit disappointed with the property. The location and proximity to Beaumaris is very handy though. The WiFi didn't work once either - that was quite frustrating.
