Welcome to our spacious and peaceful apartment in the heart of Beaulieu Sur Mer, the 'beautiful place by the sea'. Our apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and finished to a very high standard. From The White Company bed linen and towels, to Villeroy and Boch glasses and cutlery, to a beach bag with a parasol and beach towels, we really have tried to think of everything to make your stay as easy and luxurious as possible for you!

Our apartment is perfect for a couple, but can accommodate a group of four with a king sized sofa bed in the living area. The large 78 sq m (840 sq feet) dual aspect apartment is situated in a lovely quiet street, but very close to all the amenities of Beaulieu. Consisting of one bedroom with a king sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a shower room with a toilet and The White Company towels, a second separate toilet, a double sized living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and the benefits of a large sunny terrace (12 sq m) to the front and a balcony (9 sq m) to the rear. The living and dining areas open directly onto the large front terrace. Again, both the kitchen and bedroom open onto the balcony at the rear of the property. The apartment is, of course, fully air conditioned and there is also an allocated secure car parking place in the underground garage.

We have decorated the apartment in keeping with the area, so you can expect high quality furnishings and linens so that you can relax and enjoy the riviera lifestyle. You will only need to bring your clothes as we have done our best to ensure you can arrive and just relax. Whether it's sitting on the sunny terrace for breakfast or having a small glass of rosé in the evening, you should find everything you need for your stay. Our property manager speaks English, French and Italian. She will meet you and help you settle in. If you have any questions during your stay she will be able to help.

We have been coming to Beaulieu for many years on holiday and a few years ago we were lucky enough to be able to move our boat to here. With spending all of our available free time here, we soon realised it would be perfect if we could have an apartment too. After searching for two years we found our ideal apartment. Beaulieu is wonderful to stay in for many reasons. Situated in the 'Golden Triangle' of St Jean Cap Ferrat, Villefranche Sur Mer and Beaulieu, the setting is one of seaside bliss. The two excellent beaches and world class marina in the port are the obvious draws, but the local amenities are superb with many independent food stores and local markets along with a brilliant supermarket. There are also many restaurants and shops to suit all tastes and budgets. Everything is within easy walking distance and you do not need a car to explore. On top of this, there is a centrally located train station which takes you to Nice, Monaco, Italy....... in minutes. If you prefer the bus, there is a bus stop only a few steps away from the apartment, which again takes you quickly to Nice and Monaco. Beaulieu is perfectly located for all the major events along the Côte d'Azur including the Monaco Grand Prix and Boat Show, all the festivities that Nice hosts and Cannes is an easy train journey for all it holds too.

If you prefer a quiet time in, then you can sit back and relax in front of the large UHD LCD smart TV with high speed unlimited Wifi and Netflix. Push your culinary boundaries in the fully equipped kitchen safe in the knowledge that the dishwasher will make quick work of the clean up. Retire to the king sized bed with a book and sleep soundly between The White Company bed linen.

Our normal check in and out times are from 3 pm to 7pm and 9 to 11 am respectively. Should you require a later or earlier arrival or departure time, we always try to be accommodating and will do our best – this is upon agreement with our property manager and dependent on other guests, cleaning needs etc.

Why can't I call Shane / Melanie (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Shane / Melanie (the owner) a message.

If Shane / Melanie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
