This apartment, on one level, totally separate within the owners' house, has recently been fitted out. It benefits from the property's large wooded park. In the calm and quiet, it is ideally located near the town centre of Beaucaire, town of Art and History with summer fayres and renowned bullfighting traditions. The shops are 1km away. The stretch of Beaucaire's "Voie verte du Pont-du-Gard" ("Pont-du-Gard green path") allows you to travel by foot, bike or roller skates, 5.4km between Beaucaire and Montfrin. On the right bank of the Rhône, you are in the centre of a triangle formed by Avignon, Nîmes and Arles, at the Languedoc and Provence crossroads.

On the right, you have the space with the washing machine, a shower room with a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed which opens onto the terrace.

The 25m² tiled terrace, which takes cover from the sun by a blind is featured with wrought iron furniture, is very pleasant, not overlooked while having a rest surrounded by nature and a plancha grill is available for you to use. A little path leads to the 8000m² wooded park, with a view over the scrublands, where children's play equipment is set up. At the top of the property, you have access to the lovely-sized swimming pool, secured by an iron barrier and exclusively for you.

Here, everything is neat, the place is calm and the swimming pool enjoys a beautiful view over the plains of the Rhône. You will have an enjoyable holiday, as the region is rich with things to discover, you will never get enough of it.
