Why pay so much for a room at a bed and breakfast, when you can have the whole house to yourself for the same price? :)

Just some Reminders:

a. AIRCON, PHONE & INTERNET: The house has been designed to enjoy family, friends and nature. As such, there are no TVs, no airconditioners, no phones and no internet at the place. Reason why it is cheaper than most bed and breakfasts. You are welcome to bring your own. You must simply advise the Caretaker of the items you bring in. Towels, soap, shampoos, and toothpaste will be provided free of charge.

b. MEALS & ATTRACTIONS: The GuestHouse supports local businesses and tourism. Should you wish for meals, we encourage guests to patronize the nearby restaurants and attractions around Tagaytay.

c. CAPACITY: Each of the 3 rooms (except for the Master's Suite & Bath) has been designed for 2 people. However, we have floor mattresses available for additional people/staff, for 1-2 people per mattress. Sofas, couches and carpets may not be slept on.

For intimate gatherings and events without need for sleeping and bathing arrangements, the GuestHouse welcomes up to 30 guests at the veranda and lanai. Parking is for 2-4 cars. Past that, guests will have to make arrangements on their own.

d. ASSISTANCE: The Caretaker is available to assist in orienting with the house, operating the appliances and making available the utensils needed. Should you need her services as a maid to help market, cook and clean, there is a separate charge for that, depending on the number of people in the house.

e. CURIO: The owners have taken time to handpick the Country and travel curio found around the GuestHouse that give it its unique flavor. As with any hosting venue, all items are on a loan basis. There will be replacement charges if they are broken or you intend to bring them home.

f. Smoking, any form of drugs and boisterous activities are not allowed in any portion of the house. Violating these rules authorizes the owner or neighbor to contact the local authorities as necessary.
