Batu Ferringhi Holiday Condo Luxury self catering Sri Sayang located in the heart of the famous Batu Ferringhi Beach in Penang. It is within easy walking distance to all the major eateries, entertainment and night market in Batu Ferringhi, Penang with stunning panoramic view of the ocean, lush green hills and spectacular sunsets.

A fully luxurious furnished privately owned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self catering apartment with the sea at your door step and the lush rolling hills as the back drop.

The unit is fully equipped with a spacious private living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchenette and 2 big balconies, from which guests can take in the superb views of Batu Ferringhi, the beach, the hills and the mainland in the distance.

Relax around the pool on the deck chairs provided, have a game of tennis, jump into the pool or stroll along the beach do whatever takes your fancy as it is all available at the Batu Ferringhi condo. The resort condominium includes also a convenience store, restaurant and caters to both adults and children and the apartment is a home away from home.

It is a gated community with 24 hour security and all of the modern conveniences that you would need to make your holiday a pleasurable experience.

“Great apartment in good location”

We are regular visitors to Penang but this was our first experience of self-catering accommodation. We initially thought the rental was on the high side but after spending two weeks in the unit we were satisfied we had made the right choice. This is no average holiday let. The well-designed unit was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and fitted with high quality furnishings, linen and a superior range of household equipment. The many thoughtful touches by the owner added to the pleasure of staying here, such as the provision of a comprehensive starter pack of groceries and toiletries and a well-stocked fridge upon arrival. The owner and her agent made us feel very welcome and were very responsive throughout our stay. The unit is situated within easy walking distance of several good foodstalls, restaurants and convenience stores. There is a bus-stop right outside the apartment block if we wanted to go further afield towards Georgetown, to large supermarkets, or in the opposite direction to Telok Bahang. Buses are frequent, clean, air-conditioned and cheap. Airport transfers by taxi were easily arranged hence we had no need for a car during our stay. All in all, a hassle-free and enjoyable experience, the only downside being traffic noise from the nearby main road, and the occasional noisy occupants of adjoining apartments.

“High quality apartment with excellent views”

This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is recently renovated to a high standard. Two balconies offer excellent sea (and jungle) views. We were very pleased with Patricia , not to mention the best welcome back (including everything you need- coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter, cheese, juices, sodas, beer, crackers etc. etc. ) we've seen. Although we were a bit unlucky with the weather, the apartment was really nice. The pool was a bit small though and there were strict rules (no bikini, eating or drinking) but that wasn't a big thing as the beach is so close.
