Jasmine Holiday Home is a privately owned beach front apartment along Batu Feringghi coast, Penang. It offers 2 rooms (sleeps up to 4), 2 bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, living & dining area, and a balcony overlooking the Andaman sea.

This is a self-catered vacation apartment ideal for couple/seniors/small family looking for a quiet and relaxing breakaway, you will find in this space:

We provide complimentary weekly housekeeping. Baby cot, fold-able mattress(on the floor) are available upon requests.

Most of the time my husband and myself will arrange to meet and pick up our guests from the airport. Unless your luggage wouldn't fit into a medium size car that you require a taxi van, then we'll meet you at the entrance of the apartment. We live 20 minutes drive away from the apartment and we always make sure we are reachable by phone during your entire stay.

Good local bus connections to both directions - to the beach area and to the town. Smaller beaches without services are near, just to walk across the street.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jasmine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
