This Lovely 2 bed Apartment is situated in Basildon right by the Gloucester park with an open green space and a fantastic view of a big pond in the park.

It has two bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people. The flat has one en-suite bedroom and a main bathroom. There is an open plan kitchen/living, ideal for socialising and just relaxing.

All amenities you would need at home are provided, kitchen amenities including pots, plates cutlery e.t.c , toiletries & hotel style towels and linens are provided for your comfort.

The Apartment is situated on the second floor of a block of flats with a secure main entrance.

There is a parking space dedicated to the apartment right in from of the block.

The apartment is ideally located for ease of access to Central London via C2C which takes you direct to London in 30mins.

The flat is ideally suitable for Contractors, people visiting Basildon Hospital, families and Business Travellers.

Southend Airport is only 30 mins away from this beautiful flat .

This flat is in a quiet residential area where you can relax and enjoy after a full day at work, all tucked nicely away from the hustle and bustle of central London.

The flat is conveniently located for areas areas in and around Basildon, with just under half an hour's drive/train ride into Southend, Lakeside shopping centre is only 20 mins drive from this 2 bed apartment.
