.. A spacious, detached bungalow situated in a excellentt location on the eastern side of Barton on Sea, just 10 minute walk to the cliff top with views over to Isle of Wight, Pebble beach, Beachcomer cafe and local meadow.

A light airy property, it has a porch and large hallway, lounge and a sunroom that overlooks a spacious private garden, the kitchen has side access to driveway. There are two good sized bedrooms, a bathroom with over-bath shower, basin and W/C and a second separate cloakroom. You will have access to a garage for storing bikes and beach equipment and parking for 2 cars on the driveway. This is a very peaceful location within a short drive (10 minutes) of the New Forest.

The entire property has recently been re-decorated, newly carpeted and furnished to high standard. Unlimited wifi/broadband is provided and available for your use.

All rooms including bedding for sofa bed have matching luxury bedlinen (400 thread count)

Bathroom - Bath with Mira shower, pedestal wash hand basin, low-flush W.C. and electric shaver point.

There is also a separate cloakroom, with low-flush W.C. and wash hand basin. All guests are supplied with luxury Egyptian cotton towels.

Lounge - newly carpeted with 2 new large 3 seater sofas (one of which is a double luxury sofabed) , nest of oak tables and selection of dvds for your viewing. 32 inch Flat screen TV with freesat box and DVD player. Patio doors lead from the lounge into a sun room with French doors that open to the spacious garden. The sun room houses a large selection of paperbacks and a few games for your use.

Kitchen- Fully fitted. Electric fan assisted oven with electric hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. crockery, cutlery, utensils and serving platters for up to 8 people.

Amenities - Parking for 2 cars on private driveway, central heating, unlimited broadband/wi-fi

Accessibility - we welcome children but no pets

Outside - To the front of the property, garden with established shrubs, to the rear, own private fenced garden with well maintained shrubs and lawn. Paved area with table, chairs and parasol for up to 6 people.

The England region

An area of outstanding beauty ,Barton on Sea is a pebble beach with sandy areas as the tide goes out. From here you have views of the Isle of Wight and the Needles. On the clifftop is Beachcomer cafe and ice cream parlour and you will often see paragliders from the local club leaping from the clifftop and boats from many of the local sailing clubs just below them.

The New Forest is perfect for walking, riding, cycling, fishing or other activities such as kayaking, battlefield live, archery and so much more.

Barton-on-Sea

There is a local market in New Milton every Wednesday and a farmers market on Saturdays. Many fabulous restaurants within walking distance or short ride, including our favourite, Pebble Beach with head chef, Pierre Chevillard,

Long meadow is a 10 minute walk a popular spot for local dog walkers, with sectioned off play area for children Many coastal and forest walks, several books available in property for reference

Local golf course, a couple of roads away, welcomes visitors.

Lovely place to stay,quiet surroundings close to shops beaches restaurants and the forest everything you need when staying in the new forest full credit to the owner

Definitely recommend, excellent accommodation with everything you could ever need. Family friendly with a great garden. Prefect quiet location but still close to everything. particularly impressed with the welcome hamper. Would definitely recommend for family accommodation, travel cot and high chair provided. Jonathan, the owner, was extremely helpful and all the arrangements were efficient.. We stayed in the bungalow from March until the end of May whilst waiting for our new house to be completed. During this potentially very stressful period Jonathan's accommodation was a perfect retreat.

This is a lovely bungalow in a very quiet and peaceful location. Spacious clean rooms and a lovely safe and enclosed garden perfect for my two year old. Close to the new forest so great for long walks. There is a cot and highchair provided so perfect for those with younger children . There was a lovely welcome pack on arrival with enough to get us started, lovely touch and much appreciated after a long drive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The bungalow was well equipped in every way. Very clean and tidy. Situated within walking distance of the sea and also New Milton. We realised we have a lot more to see in the area so have booked another week for this year!
