Nice apartment with garden in front and rear, near the Lake.

Village apartment Residence ' Orto di Venanzio in Barrea (AQ) on the Sarner, snc, immersed in the Abruzzo National Park. The residence, finished restructuring in November of 2007, covers an area of approximately $ 7000.00 sq m. with lovely views of the lago di Barrea. The fully furnished apartment recently, consists of an entrance hall, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom and prepares all the necessary comforts. Outside is a large garden (downstream side) entrance to the living room and small courtyard (upstream side) entrance to the bedroom. The location is outside parking exclusive relevance and ownership on condominium common areas including green areas used as a relaxation area. The residence has two entrances and two pedestrian entrances. The residence where the property is a short walk from the historic centre of the municipality of Barrea. It is also about 20 km from Pescasseroli, Roccaraso and 30 km from Rivisondoli and about 10 km from Passo Godi so its equipped ski slopes for cross-country skiing. It is also 10 km from Camosciara also with excursions in the surrounding areas. In summer, the Lake of Barrea is equipped for bathing and for all related activities. In the area you can also cycling and Equestrian activities.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michele (the owner) a message.

If Michele (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
