Changes in Lattitudes Villa is located just ten minutes' drive from the beach, beautifully perched on a dormant volcano slope. Nevis is often referred to as the Queen of the Carribees and one of the Caribbean best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, yet only five minutes from the luxurious Four Seasons resort, including a spectacular Robert trent Jones golf course. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a large sundeck. Leading from the living room and accessible from the master bedroom is a spacious covered verandah with stunning sea views, furnished with lounge chairs and a dining table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With four double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with beautiful beaches and plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your holiday.

Why can't I call Erik (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Erik (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
