Comfortable, well equipped, 2 bedroom, ground floor flat with private walled courtyard.

Conveniently situated in a quiet residential area of the lovely seaside town of Barmouth, our flat is a very short walk away from the beach, fairground, harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants.

Lounge with views of "the Rock" has freesat TV, dvd & WiFi.

Kingsize double bedroom & 2nd bedroom with 2 singles.

Well equipped kitchen /diner.

Shower room with drencher shower, wc & vanity basin, etc.

Outside private walled courtyard with tables, chairs & bbq.

Fully heated for winter breaks.

All bed linen & towels included.

Stays are generally a minimum of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday but we may be able to offer some flexibility prior to booking.

Weekends & short breaks may be possible, please contact us for availability.

We had a wonderful break away in this lovely perfectly located apartment. The property itself was 100% clean and had everthing and more that you needed for a holiday. Home from home the owners have thought of everything. Highly recommend. We had the most perfect weather as well which was an added bonus. Property so handy for the beach away from the busy end. The beach is less busy at this end of Barmouth so was perfect for us. Parking can get busy on this road but we always managed to get a space even in August. Barmouth has lots of lovely places to eat. Lots of lovely independent shops as well.

“A lovely stay”

We visited Barmouth for the weekend and were lucky enough to stay in this lovely flat. It is spacious, modern, clean and cosy and has everything you need, and more! We particularly loved the kitchen and chose to stay in and cook both nights we were there. It was the perfect location for everything we had planned to do, with Harlech Castle, Portmeirion and Porthmadog just a short drive away. Thank you Martin and Wendy, we will definitely be back in the Summer.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Martin (the owner) a message.

If Martin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
