Beautifully appointed two bedroom apartment, overlooking the harbour, with parking, courtyard garden, decked terrace and huge shared gardens with the best views in town. Just metres away from 'the secret beach'. This property is perfectly positioned to do it all, situated on the tip of Snowdonia National Park, for amazing walks or just sit back and take in the view. The picturesque harbour and town is just down the road, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. The property is fully equipped for up to four adults or two adults and three children in two bedrooms. There is a family bathroom and a utility leading to an additional toilet.

No. 1, Orielton Hall offers modern open plan living with the most beautiful views. The comfortable living, dining and kitchen area is fully equipped and overlooks the picturesque Barmouth Harbour. Both bedrooms have doors leading out into the pretty courtyard garden. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and the rear bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds for children, however, our letting license only allows for a maximum of 4 adults (however, we can allow 2 adults and up to 3 children). The bathroom has a spa bath and separate shower with body jets. There is also a utility room leading onto another WC. Mobile phone coverage can be patchy.

Leading out from the kitchen and bedrooms is a pretty courtyard slate garden. Stairs rising up from the garden lead onto a sheltered terrace with fabulous views of the harbour, perfect for summer evenings! Another set of stairs lead up to Orielton Hall's shared garden. This has to be one of the best viewpoints in the whole of Barmouth, offering panoramic views across the estuary and Cardigan Bay. Please ensure children are supervised in the courtyard garden and the shared garden.

There is one off road parking space available at front of the property. There are stone steps up to the front of this property.

Directly across the road from Orielton Hall is a small gate, beyond which is a beautiful park that leads under the railway bridge to a stunning small beach.

There is a train station in Barmouth from which there are some beautiful trips up and down the coast. There is also a bus stop just down from the Hall on Porkington Terrace.

House rules

We only have authority from the Resident's Committee for a maximum of 4 adults or a family of 5. There is only 1 car parking space for the guests to use. We also ask you to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm as there are residents living in the hall who are not enjoying a lovely holiday and may need to be up in the morning!

“Fantastic apartment in Barmouth”

This was our second holiday in this lovely place and this time we booked 10night. We still didn’t want to leave. Although we didn’t have the best of weather this year we still loved exploring the secret garden and beach. The views are wonderful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the changes in the sky and tide. The apartment is within easy walking distance to Barmouth and we enjoyed the bike trail and hiring of bikes is so easy and straight forward Birmingham garage The restaurants are lovely especially Bermo Bistro a must when you visit. The apartment is spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We can’t wait to visit again.

If Elaine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
