The flat has five bedrooms: one master bedroom with double bed and four large bedrooms with two single beds in each. There are two bathrooms, one with shower/ bathtub combination and the other with shower. Both are fitted out with toilets.

The spacious living room with balcony has two confortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and glass dinning table with capacity for 8 persons.

The kitchen has all the utensiles you need to cook a perfect meal, such as oven, microwave, vitro ceramic, coffee maker, refrigerator/ freezer, dishwasher, toaster and water kettle.

The whole apartment is fully equipped, including air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi and an elevator.

Within walking distance there are supermarkets, restaurants and shopping malls to explore.

The second-largest city in Spain, Barcelona is quickly becoming one of the most fashionable cities in Europe, and it’s not difficult to see why. With its world-renowned architecture and history as well as a blissful coastline of white sandy beaches, the city has everything to offer and it’s no wonder why millions of tourists choose it as their perfect holiday destination every year.

Barcelona has no shortage of culture, laced with history and with Gaudí pulsing through its veins; it is a city of beauty, no matter what season you visit and one that will remain with you for decades. It’s the kind of place that people have difficulty describing in just a few words and so conclude by saying “you just have to go“, so what’s stopping you?

The apartment in Barcelona, is located, just a few meters from the famous Avenida Diagonal, famous for its many clothes shops and household items. Near The building, at two blocks walking distance you will fin 2 metro stations Line 5 and Line 3. They are connected to all the important places to visit in Barcelona. Also if you like walking, you can reach the center with 10 minutes walk.

The area of this spacious apartment has many restaurants and bars, during the day it is very vivid because of the presence of many offices, banks or companies. At night is the very popular by party lovers, in fact there are the most famous and prestigious nightclubs of the city: the Luz de Gas, the Astoria Club, Sutton Club, are all within a few meters away .

If you wish to visit the main tourist attractions, you can easily reach La Pedrera by walking (or Casa Mila) or the Casa Batlló, both masterpieces of the Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi that marked the cultural heritage of splendid city thanks to its innovative features. The first, with its undulating shape has a terrace that deserves the visit even though most of the time there is a lot of queue to enter. Casa Batlló, however, located at the number 43 of the elegant Paseo de Gracia, has a sandstone facade but its glass windows of various colors are wonderful.

At the end of Paseo de Gracia, in the direction of the sea, you can reach the famous Plaza de Catalunya and from there are many things you can do or visit: the Gothic Cathedral, Las Ramblas amazing by the presence of mimes and street performers entertaining lots of tourists and kiosks opened almost all night selling everything: newspapers, magazines, snacks drink or cigarettes. Also if you go through the day, you can not miss the famous market La Boqueria. There nobody can resist passing on photographing the fruit stalls from all over the world and of all colors.

Finally down to the sea, you can walk along the promenade around the port and reach the Barceloneta, where besides the beaches, you can taste the best paellas in the city.
