From the owner

A travelers greatest worries are resolved. You will not be surprised with unpleasant odors either inside or coming from outside; there are no noisy street people below or neighbors around and you can be sure to have a good hot shower or bath. All forms of public transport nearby. Tram a couple blocks away, buses 1/2 a block and 1 block away, 2 metro lines, yellow 4 and purple 2, equidistant under 8 minutes away, a taxi stand at the 4 star hotel is one block away. A good nights rest will make your day enjoyable and fruitful so you can do all the things you came to do. The only transport that works 24 hours every day is the bus and the bus stop is half a block away. It goes to and comes from the city center, Plaza Catalunya, La Rambla, Arc of Triumph, etc.

About the air conditioning and heating unit: there is only one unit that serves the dining and living room area, the 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans. For the cold weather there are portable heaters for each of the three rooms.

The apartment can be configured for two couples, the second bedroom can sleep two together or two separately, just let us know if you want the beds together.

The water heater is new, for a no surprise shower. Plus, not just washer, but on get away day you have a clothes dryer too! Large screen Smart TV, large fridge and freezer. Wholesale liquor and market nearby that you can get in with my membership card.

Keys CANNOT be left on the table they must be returned during check out. Be sure to give an accurate departure time-no exceptions.

There is a 10€ fee for arrival after 22. Please don't make noise after 22:00. The only way I can pay for the cleaning service is with your help as I am not there to do it myself. It’s 55 euros. it’s not included in the bill. The tourist tax is also paid in cash which is now 5 euros per person per night up to 7 nights. Please have the correct amount for the cleaning lady when you get the keys she probably won’t have change. Check out is in person and there is a 10€ deposit for each set of key’s.

Keys cannot be left in the house, they must be given and returned in person. For this we need an accurate time of arrival. We allow for unforeseen circumstances by giving you up to one hour wait time if you’re late, after that it’s 10€. 10 extra also applies as well to arrivals after 10 PM. Please note that I cannot accept groups of guests under 21. The check out policy requires the return of the keys in person so as to verify for damages. Also, it is a requirement that each guest have government documents that must be presented before check in.

My housekeeper keeps track of what is missing and she doesn’t benefit from reporting it to me so there is no incentive to lie. In any case there were many people in your house, you can’t speak for all of them, it was not the only thing missing AND I DIDNT EVEN CLAIM OR CHARGE YOU, what are you complaining about?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bross (the owner) a message.

If Bross (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
