From the owner

This is a pleasant and well equipped 3-bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms, a living/dining room and a separate kitchen. Air-conditioning and heating in all the rooms and Wi-Fi Internet to ensure maximum comfort. It's near to the famous Sagrada Familia Temple (50 m), with view from main bedroom and balcony.

There are two subway lines nearby, a tourist sightseeing bus and also two supermarkets and all normal shops within a 100m radius.

The kitchen is new and fully equipped with everything needed for self catering (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer). All bedding and towels are provided.

The living/dining room is divided into two areas: a dining room that seats 6 and a living room equipped with a sofa-bed, A 40" Smart TV with cable and satellite TV.

The main bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom en-suite and the other bedrooms have a double-bed and 2 single-beds, respectively. We provide a comfortable folding cot with mattress for babies.

There is a 24 hour car park nearby the building, in which you can book the place in advance by internet.

Advises:

1) If you are a new Paypal user, we recomend you to remove limit for transaction (it is about 350 euro per transaction). Paypal automatically set up spending limits for new users.

2) According to the compliance with local regulations, all lodging establishments are required to make a record of all the people and travelers who stay in the establishment. We therefore kindly ask to send us a scanned copy of the identity document (Passport, ID, etc) of every people who will be accommodated at the apartment before your arrival.

3) If you want to visit La Sagrada Familia buy the ticket online, otherwise you spend hours waiting, even when arriving very early in the morning.

Check-in: From 15:00 to 20:00

Check-out: From 7:00 to 11:00.

Parties are not allowed at night or smoke inside the apartment (only on the balcony).

Please leave the apartment clean and keep it as you found it at your arrival.

We kindly request you to respect the check-out hour unless you encounter an unexpected event, circumstance in which we can offer a little more flexibility. Please note that the apartment has to be cleaned and tidied before the next guest arrival and this usually happens on the same day of your departure

Vous avez réservé un appartement avec un enregistrement limité jusqu'à 20h00 et quand je vous ai dit qu'il y avait des frais supplémentaires pour l'enregistrement tardif après cette heure, vous avez été contrarié. C'est une pratique très courante chez les propriétaires, précisément pour éviter les arrivées tardives, telles que mesure dissuasive. Il est toujours conseillé de lire les règles avant de réserver.
