LOCATION: Located in the La Barceloneta neighborhood to 100m from the beach and the Marine Stroll. Due to its ideal location, this allows him to arrive walking in few minutes through the pretty Marine Stroll at the Olympic Vila where it found a sport port, numerous restaurants, discos, bars, pubs and the Casino of Barcelona and to give a stroll by all Barcelonian beaches. Closely together is the Born neighborhood, the Ciutadella park, the zoological, the Maremagnum, the Aquarium and the harbor.

DESCRIPTION: The building is new, the apartment is bright, quiet, located in a street with very little traffic, is on the second floor, measures 40m2, has balcony, A/C, is furnished and equipped, ready to move in and 100 meters from the beach. It has an elevator and it leaves you inside the apartment where you find a nice and comfortable living area with a very large double sofa bed, a dining table for four persons and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. There is a bedroom with two singles beds (if desired you can be double bed) and a full bathroom with a large shower.

AMENITIES: Lift, balcony, wooden floor, TV, CD, washer, iron and ironing board, oven, conditioned air and heating, Micro-wave, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee and tea pots and all necessary equipment for cooking. Towels, blankets and bed linens are provided.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The Subway (L4, yellow line, Barceloneta station) is to 5 minutes walking and the bus stop is to 50 meters.

Debido a su ubicación ideal le permite llegar andando en pocos minutos a través del bonito Paseo Marítimo a la Vila Olímpica donde hallara un puerto deportivo, numerosos restaurantes, discotecas, bares, pubs y el Casino de Barcelona y dar un paseo por todas las playas barcelonesas. Muy cerca se encuentra el barrio del Borne, el parque de la Ciutadella, el zoológico, el Maremagnum, el Aquarium y el puerto deportivo.

DESCRIPCIÓN: El edificio es nuevo, el apartamento es luminoso, tranquilo, situado en una calle con muy poco tráfico, está en la segunda planta, mide 40m2, tiene balcón, A/C, está amueblado y equipado, listo para entrar a vivir y a 100 metros de la playa. Dispone de ascensor y le deja directamente dentro del apartamento donde encuentra una bonita y confortable área con un sofá cama doble muy grande, una mesa de comedor para cuatro personas y una cocina equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Hay una habitación con dos camas individuales (si lo desea puede ser de matrimonio) y un baño completo con una ducha grande.

EQUIPAMIENTO: Ascensor dentro del apartamento, balcón, TV, lavadora, aire acondicionado frío y calor, sabanas, mantas, toallas, plancha, microondas, horno, utensilios de cocina, tostadora, exprimidor, cafetera.

TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO: El metro (L4, línea amarilla, parada Barceloneta) está a 5 minutos andando y la parada de autobuses a 50 metros.
