"Perfect apartment for a couple"
Met the owner in the Ship pub for the handover of the keys, 15 second walk up the Lane and we were into the apartment. Easy! The apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay in Plymouth and in a fantastic spot, right in the heart of the Barbican. The apartment had all we needed and was extremely clean and tidy, including a very well equipped kitchen. We would stay again.

"Perfect location, very cosy but great for couples"
Me and my partner visited for three nights. We were greeted by Terry who was great and really helpful - he even carried my suitcase upstairs which was lovely. The property is really cute with nice Plymouth touches such as a picture of the lighthouse. It felt a bit too hotel-like for us as we prefer more apartment type rentals. but despite this it was really well equipped and had enough for us to cook properly. The location is the selling point - amazing! The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars as it felt a bit too hotel-like (we didn't feel like we could completely relax and could hear people moving around below us) and that there was a miscommunication for how long we were staying for - we were told by terry we could stay for as long as we liked on our check-out but this obviously wasn't communicated to andy - nearly caused a very embarrassing moment when andy was just going to come in without knocking! Saying that I would definitely recommend this because of the location and lovely hosts. Thank you!
