Predela 1 Bansko is 2 bedroom apartment, located in one of the premier positions in Bansko, just 3 minutes walk away from the gondola and the ski road with excellent views of the UNESCO listed Pirin National Park.

This self-catered apartment is located in an apartment complex with a full range of SPA facilities - indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, massage /surcharge/ with a cafe area. The guests can play table tennis and billiards in the games room.

It has two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower. Modernized kitchen with all amenities, including washing machine and a balcony with mountain views. TV in each room with free WiFi. A log fireplace to warm you on the winter nights.
Private parking area and a ski storage room.
Outside playground safety area for your children.

“Great apartment close to the gondola”

Perfect apartment for our ski holiday over New Year. Spacious two bedroomed apartment with everything you might need. Great pool and spa area with hot sauna and jacuzzi which is just what we needed after a long day on the mountains. All the other guests we met from around the world were very friendly and there was a great atmosphere in the complex. Having stayed at Predela 2 previously it was great to be so much closer to the gondola .We bought our ski passes each day from the Sport Hotel opposite but on the day we left Predela 1 was just starting to sell them too. The New Year's Eve fireworks by the gondola were spectacular and as always we loved eating out at Euphoria and Ginger to take in the live music . Highly recommend Predela 1 apartments for your family ski trip.

We have been in this apartment to times and everything was so good, always warm, clean and comfortable. The spa is the best place to relax after ski. I recommend hardly!
