Predela 2 is a 5 Star complex in a fantastic location only minutes from the main gondola and only minutes from all the bars, restaurants and local supermarkets. Predela 2 boasts a glass roofed large indoor heated swimming pool (plus a childrens pool), a large jacuzzi / hot tub with a waterfall, a steam room, a sauna and a well equipped gym / fitness centre (all of these are FREE to use for my guests). There is a games room with a pool table and table football, both FREE. Also next to the pool there is a cafe / bar with a large flat screen TV. The cafe offers breakfast every morning and snacks and drinks throughout the day. There is a large relaxing lounge area with a warming log fire and another large flat screen TV. There is also a cosy seated reception area again with a log fire and yet another large flat screen TV keeping you entertained. Its important to note that EVERYTHING is within the same building as the apartment. The complex has a 24 hour staffed reception and on site staffed

There is also a childrens outdoor play area within the grounds.The 1st floor studio apartment is newly furbished and this is to an exceptionally high standard. It has a modern clean look and feel. The apartment is ideal for couples, friends or small familys (maximum occupancy for comfort: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 young children), with its 2 single bespoke beds (these are designed so they can be made into a double if required) and a large double sofa bed. Both have high quality mattresses. The apartment is well equipped with a wall mounted LCD flat screen cable TV with adjustable wall arm and a DVD player (including 40+ blockbuster films). FREE Wi-Fi is available in the apartment and throughout the building. There is a fully fitted kitchen, with oven, hob, extractor, fridge / freezer, microwave / grill, toaster and kettle. You will find lot's of extras within the apartment, a flask, picnic bags and lunch boxes for the slopes. There is a stylish breakfast bar. A large bespoke fitted double wardrobe gives more than ample storage space. Wall mounted coat stand. Boot trays. Bathroom with shower. Our very own 'Apt 23' personalised bathrobes available on request at no additional cost. Excellent use of space within the apartment. There is a balcony with table and chairs. The apartment also has its very own large walk in secure lockable ski locker fitted with a ski rack, coat hooks and shelves, ample room for up to 4 full sets of ski equipment (boots, skis, poles, helmets etc), this is located near the pool and spa again within the same building. Ski hire / ski lessons / ski passes can be arranged through my Management Team. There is a free pick up and drop off service available to all apartment guests if required. They will also meet and greet you on arrival and hand over the keys. You will see that the daily, weekly rental prices are very competitive. I believe in offering HIGH QUALITY for a low price. This is the reason I was booked almost to capacity during the 2014 / 2015 and the 2015 / 2016 and this years coming ski season is going well. The Blagoevgrad Province region
Situated 160km south of Sofia, Bansko can be found in the south west corner of Bulgaria. To the west of Bansko lies the beautiful and scenic Pirin Mountain range, consisting of 45 peaks all over 2590m high. The mountain range has over 180 lakes making it an idyllic scenic mountain setting. The mountains are ideal for skiing in the winter and mountain trekking / biking in the summer. Its also possible to go fishing, pony trecking, rock climbing and even white water rafting down the Struma and Mesta rivers.
Predela 2 complex is one of the most luxurious and best-equipped in Bansko ensuring a great relaxing stay. It has a fantastic location just 10 minutes walk from the main Gondola and the array of bars and restaurants.
Bansko itself is Bulgarias number one ski resort having the longest ski season running from December to April. It has over 70km of downhill ski runs, the longest being 16km. The impressive high tech main Gondola lift can take you from town to the main ski centre on the mountain in less than 20 minutes. Hands free chipped ski passes make the journey quick and simple. There are different levels of runs to suite everyone and snowboarders can also enjoy the fun park with its many artificial jumps, bumps and turns. There is also night skiing.
The mixture of old and new is a credit to Bansko with the cobbled streets, classic town buildings, churches and the many cosy mehanas; (restaurants) serving traditional Bulgarian food of the old town to the many modern bars and restaurants in around the Gondola station, the new town. Many venues, both old and new have live music each night. Plenty of the bars also have large TVs and show the football so you wont miss the big matches. You can eat and drink very cheaply in Bansko, typically a large beer in a mehana would cost around 80p / 1 Euro.
There is an open air floodlit ice rink and a bowling alley as an alternative night out.
Check out the Sunday market in the old town. Also the nearby village of Banya, located only 5 km from Bansko, is known for its 25+ thermal mineral springs, certainly worth a visit.
In the summer Bansko has a very warm and sunny climate making it an ideal summer retreat. Bansko hosts a number of summer festivals, including the Bansko Jazz Festival (not to be missed) and the Festival of Local Traditions.

“More than expected”
What can i say part from great family holiday. We recently went with my wife and my two teenage daughters from the airport it was organised so well.Martin who arranged the airport transfers and ski gear also his team did us proud always on hand to help us. The apartment is clean tidy and quite roomy even for 4 of us and the spa facilities are great The restaurants around are great everything you require from cheap/cheerful to top notch dining. Bars are plentiful with great atmosphere in all from live music/buzzing to romantic log fire The owner has been great and very very helpful we would recommend to all and can't say enough about the place. We will be back very soon

Really lovely apartment, looks just like the pictures! Beds are really comfy, loads of good DVDs and more than enough cooking utensils. The pool and sauna was great and we used it everyday after skiing. The apartments were quite quiet when we were there which meant we had the facilities to ourselves everyday! Staff on duty were really friendly and smiley. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the gondola, but some of the road is not well lit at night. It's very safe, but I advise you take a torch! Mark (the owner) is great- gave us loads of recommendations about eating and transfers and really made an effort to check we were having a good holiday. A really great place to stay at a great price, we will definately be back again!

“best holiday for ages”
My wife and 11 yr old sonspent 10 days in this studio at Predala2 in Bansko in March 2013 and had a fantastic time. The studio had everything we required with some really nice extra touches, such as tupperware boxes for taking picnics for the ski slopes,and spare adapters for the plugs... which was a godsend when trying to recharge Ipads and laptops. The Predala 2 complex is really well managed with a great spa downstairs. Flat is only 400m from gondala and Jason has a management company that will ferry you to the slopes and collect in evening if needed. TOP Tip..... Hire a car for at least a few days and get shooping in supermarkets out of town for a fraction of cost and greater choice.
