THIS SUPERB APARTMENT IS THE CLOSEST TO THE SKI LIFTS - JUST 80M...60 seconds walk!
The apartment is very well equipped to a luxury standard throughout and will sleep a maximum of 5 people.

The apartment facilities include: hallway, living area with sofa/bed, arm chair and bed, Flat Screen TV/DVD/CD/Satellite Channels, a deluxe fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar, Bedroom with double bed, side tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers, bathroom with shower cubicle, dining area with oak table and 4 chairs, full electric central heating and balcony. Two additional portable heaters.

Bansko is now pretty well known for its great skiing - and this year the 2012/13 season will boast additional runs, additional chair lifts and more technology on the mountain and new snow machines.
Pirin Place Apartments are 80m from the Gondola station and has all the best ski hire shops within 2 minutes walk as well as fantastic restaurants close by. Bansko has a long ski season which can begin mid December and run through to early May.

Currently Bansko is investing in all aspects to create a perfect environment for skiers to have great holiday. A brand new resort area with super luxury hotels and holiday apartments is being developed just opposite the Gondola, which also makes Bansko the choice when considering Bulgaria for a winter holiday.

I've stayed here for three years on the trot and anticipate returning next year. The place is everything you need for a ski holiday, all very clean and generally brilliantly furnished. Owner/Housekeeper very helpful. Literally is right next to gondola, couldn't ask for much more.

Why can't I call Geoff & Shams (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
