Description

We are proud to introduce Oscar's by the Sea. A completely renovated Victorian townhouse (May 2018) which sleeps 12. We offer 6 bedrooms, a bathroom and three showers (one ensuite). Many of the original Victorian features have been retained throughout the property, and the high ceilings, fireplaces and beautiful ceiling roses in most rooms, add to the charm. There is ample space throughout, catering for your every need, with a large lounge/diner and kitchen diner. The sea views to the front of the property are breathtaking. Simply walk out of the front door and the coastal path is in front of you, where you can run, cycle, jog, walk or simply take in the stunning views. An abundance of Restaurants and Cafe's await your choice, all within walking distance. Some pets allowed, but please enquire before booking. Getting around

Good rail links, plenty of taxis or rental cars from either Belfast City or Belfast International airports. Belfast City Centre is very easily reached by train from Bangor or car, and the City Centre offers so much ... hop on hop off tourist bus, Titanic Exhibition, Crumlin Road Gaol, Victoria Square shopping Centre, City Hall, Cathedral Quarter - go and explore , there's lots to do!

“Even better than the website pictures”

The property has got to be one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The pale coloured walls and carpets throughout are spotless. Then you have the stunning views across Belfast Lough. I had little sleep on the first night as I watched the sky and sea change colour with the sun rise. The second night I reluctantly pulled the blinds and slept like a baby. The locate is on a road which is busy during the day but we didn't experience any road noise or any noise from either side of the house. I had been worried about getting parking in front of the house. A bigger problem than normal as it was the festival weekend and the large carpark nearby was closed. It was never a problem we got a space every time we needed it very close to the property. All six bedrooms are doubles and with four separate toilets, three showers and one bath, enough facilities to cope with a party of 12. As we were only 5 we rattled round. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and we had intended to cook breakfast but the Salty Dog next door was too good to miss.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
