Located at one of the newest projects of 2016 Laguna Park, part of the posh resort Laguna Phuket. Laguna has been named the most successful hotel project on Phuket for several years in the row. It is renowned all around the world.

Residential complexes and five star hotels such as Banyan Tree, Dusit Thani, and Outrigger fit harmoniously into the lush tropical grounds of the Laguna and its system of interconnected lakes. Well-groomed grounds and picturesque Thai flora that surrounds hotels and residences is the first thing you notice upon arrival.

The villa is a spacious tropical residence overlooking an immaculate lawn equipped with a covered gazebo with comfortable benches and a kid’s playground. Stylish interior done in crisp white with bright accents creates light and festive atmosphere. Practical yet comfortable furniture makes this a perfect home away from home. Comfort is at the core of the villa. Everything was designed to make you relax from the minute you step inside the house. Soft cotton towels, fresh linens, soft rugs you will want to bury your toes into have been carefully prepared for you.

Even though the villa is arranged over three levels it is easy and safe to get around. It includes 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 5 bathrooms. Each bedroom is decorated in a different color scheme. A spacious dining area is a great place for a heartwarming dinner or just fresh fruit smoothies. Two living rooms are located on different levels. The villa has a housekeeping service, towels and linens are changed regularly.

Swimming pool and garden is maintained by staff.

The grounds of the villa feature a lovely garden where you can have a family picnic or use it as a kids play area. Private covered parking is available on site. In addition, there is a private terrace with a swimming pool and lounge chairs located on the 3d floor of the villa where you can sunbathe during the daytime or star gaze at night.

This villa is done in accordance with safety regulations and is suitable for families with kids. Private fenced grounds will provide kids with enough space to play while the fence will keep them in. The swimming pool also has a fence and a locking gate to prevent access for kids without adult supervision.

There are restaurants of Thai, European and Indian cuisine, Villa Market supermarket, weekend Thai market, Tesco Lotus supermarket; popular beach clubs Xana Beach Club, Catch Beach Club, Dream Beach Club, all within 1 km or only 8 min away.

5. Free of charge transfer anywhere within the grounds of Laguna Resort. Open air bus shuttle can take you to the beach or anywhere at the Resort. Boat ferry is plying the channels of the Resort.

6. Kids club for children from 5 to 12.

7. Chapel on the lake that can accommodate a group of 50 people is a popular location for colorful wedding ceremonies.

The cleaning fee is 2000 THB per stay.

    The villa is a very well maintained house with lots of art, so we ask our guest to behave in a good way like they are taking care of there own house. We do ask a safety deposit 1000 USD in case of damage or breakage on arrival date and will be returned to the guest after inspection of our staff on departure date. No shoes indoors. Keep doors to the bedrooms closed when running the air-conditioning. No pets. Smoking allowed on balconies, pool terrace and roof terrace, but not indoors.
