Villa on the Rocks in Surin Beach, Phuket is a modern Thai style 4 bedroom villa built a few years ago around a Koi lake. Small guarded resort, with privacy guaranteed.The villa is 7 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach in Phuket, Surin Beach. The airport and Phuket Town are 30 minutes by car and Patong 15 minutes.The owners are designers. Aom (Thai) designed the oriental gardens with more than 200 different trees and plants, the Koi pond and the waterfall. Fred (Dutch) designed the villa and the free form common swimming pool. 33x8 meter.The interior is Asian style with a touch of Ralph Lauren. Everything in white and grey. Surin Beach is a quiet area with an unspoiled beach to enjoy the sun and to swim. Or go for shopping in Patong or Phuket Town. At night time enjoy dinner or go to one of the famous beach clubs like Catch Beach Club, Xana or Dream Beach. Or dive in the nightlife of Patong where the fun never stops. Or would you like to go to James Bond Island or an empty beach, we know where to go and can make reservations and arrange transport for you. Also you can have relaxing massage in the villa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fred (the owner) a message.

If Fred (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
