This total 115 sqm sized Luxury home is located at the beautiful hillside of Kamala beach, 1 km away from the famous tourist attraction, the Phuket Fantasea, and 500 m further more from the beach. This unit has an exceptional location for more reasons, as it's facing to the untouched nature of the Valley, surrounded by mountains, rich tropical Forrest, water streams, waterfalls. Beyond the unbelievably fresh clean air, the irreplaceable peace, and relaxing feeling this place presents you with, enriches your everyday by the view and sounds of the wide palette of singing birds, humming birds, parrots, eagles, chipmunks, and beautiful butterflies, and you can witness the rare firefly (lightning bugs) around you.

How do damage deposits work?
