This fully-furnished, spacious (105 sq meters / 1,130 sq ft) 2 bedroom apartment, which sleeps 5 adults, is situated on the first floor of the low-rise Baan Puri development which opened in late 2005. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with quiet split-type units and is provided with secure WiFi, cable TV, (42” LCD TV) DVD/CD player, a European-style kitchen fully-equipped with full-size oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, toaster, large refrigerator, coffee maker, cutlery, pots & pans, crockery and glassware. The balcony overlooks the communal swimming pool. A children's pool is also provided, together with a Fitness Centre (Free of charge).

The Apartment is available for rentals of a minimum of 30 days and for long-term leases at very competitive rates.

Ideal for families, company executives or retirees, Baan Puri provides a tranquil & relaxing environment....a perfect home-from-home setting for you to enjoy beautiful Thailand!

Kindly note that the apartment is situated on the first floor. The Development does not have lifts (elevators) & may not be suitable for the infirm or wheelchair-users.

The spacious Master bedroom, overlooking the pool, has a Super- King size bed. The toilet / shower room has ensuite access, with common access from the main lounge area. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a folding adult-size bed is also provided. Both bedrooms are provided wardrobes, chests of drawers & desks. A baby cot and highchair are provided for little ones, The apartment is provided with secure Wi-Fi facilities. The kitchen is complemented by the 6-place dining table.

The Estate boasts an excellent Main pool, a Kiddies pool and gym. Convenience stores for daily needs are within a few minutes easy walk, while a large supermarket is a short drive away.

The tranquil Bangtao and lively Surin Beaches are within a 20 minute walk, or 5 minute drive.

The area has a wide choice of local Thai restaurants for authentic Thai food. A number of excellent high class Thai restaurants are also located in the area.

The lively tourist area of Patong is 30 minutes drive.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pete (the owner) a message.

If Pete (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
