It really is a special place for a holiday, you won’t find a better location in Banff than near the marina overlooking the sea with all amenities within walking distance. . Your holiday will be made extra special by the beautiful accommodation.

With 4-bedrooms, 5-bathrooms and space for 10 guests. The property is finished to an impeccable standard. We have afforded it every detail. The historic, listed building has been completely transformed with luxurious finishings . All the bedrooms are beautifully done , 3 ensuite and the other with a bathroom across the hallway, the living area is spacious, stunning with funky interior. For nights in, there’s a wood burning stove and a full Sky TV package and Sonos sound system.

“Beautiful house with amazing views of dolphins”

The Old Customs House is right on the seafront in Banff and we enjoyed watching bottle nosed dolphins in the bay several times during our stay. The walk to the beach is lovely, we spotted a ‘raft’ of female goosanders near to the shore. There is plenty to do nearby or a reasonable drive away. Some in our group climbed a Monroe and did a few riverside/forest walks. Troup Head with its gannet colony and the many small fishing villages along the coast are worth visiting. If you just want to sit and maybe read the harbour is peaceful, that is if you can manage to avoid being distracted by the interesting things to look at. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. I should mention the jacuzzi which was very much appreciated after a days outing, the icing on the cake
