Wake up to beautiful sea views at The Old Customs house. This luxurious listed property is Banff’s original Customs House and is set on the seafront next to Banff marina.

It really is a special place for a holiday, you won’t find a better location in Banff than near the marina overlooking the sea with all amenities within walking distance. . Your holiday will be made extra special by the beautiful accommodation.

With 4-bedrooms, 5-bathrooms and space for 10 guests. The property is finished to an impeccable standard. We have afforded it every detail. The historic, listed building has been completely transformed with luxurious finishings . All the bedrooms are beautifully done , 3 ensuite and the other with a bathroom across the hallway, the living area is spacious, stunning with funky interior. For nights in, there’s a wood burning stove and a full Sky TV package and Sonos sound system.

    Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to review us. Always appreciate constructive feedback. There is a king size bed in the middle seafront room but we did recognise in hindsight all beds would have been better king size , that was a mistake that will be changed soon. We understand that £250 per night for 2 people sounds expensive but the accommodation very comfortably sleeps 10. The vast majority of our bookings are 8-10 guests which works out at £25-31 per night which is outstanding value for high quality self catering accommodation with all our facilities.     If Alan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
